Elite le Blanc, the second best armor till 4.5 and quite good quality to survive, however it's still very rare to drop. As most armors past 4.1/4.5 it becomes easier to get thanks to the recipe versions of it, however thanks to the instanced gryffon raid not working yet for SWORD 2 we'll lack the easiest boss which drops them. (esa excluded)
Do note that E shvarlier armor isn't technically a Elite le Blanc armor, it's just 30 dr as well and drops at similair places, so it's often labeled as ELB serie.List:

The top tier armors around for now, sporting a fine 32 dr. They're one of the most wanted items and droprates are relatively low. However in in recent updates eln recipes should drop to make them easier to obtain. Sadly the costs of a eln recipe is so crazy you're better of farming a month worth of normal raids..
The General Plate has been added in v10.18 and shares it's rec and item drop with the rest of the eln serie.
Since 10.18 the 10 amrita have been replaced with 150 lv 100 chips for recipe costs.
